Triad Utilities and Grading was founded in May of 2022 by Valerie Partin and Molly Henley. Since then Triad has been recognized as a North Carolina HUB company, by being completely owned by women. Triad specializes in lot and land clearing, grading, erosion control, underground utilities (water, sewer, storm), concrete and asphalt services.
